A mate who works at the council just passed on this link.
(Link broken so Cardiff Council don't get wind of it)
http://www. cardiff.gov.uk/asp/cuttings/
It's probably only meant to be on their intranet, but its an archive of all the letters, and articles in the press deemed to be connected with the council.
The clippings are even rated (Critical, Positve etc) - Quite interesting I reckon.

loads of places do that - a mate at a large university once told me that they employed a team of people just to scan & cut out every article or letter which mentioned them. i expect every council & large company keeps everything written about them, doubtless at hideous expense.

But havn't they banned all discussion forums from their system rather then anything specific about U75? Worries about children getting groomed on line if i recall correctly.

I can still access several sites with discussion forums and chat from the one at Channel view LC but not U75. I wont name the forums or sites in case The council add those to the list

yeah .net works. I'm just dreading the day some guy in the goverment I.T centre notices how many times i log onto urban75.net, and bans it aswell. I'd have to get a new job.
