Aaaacctualllly....

It wasn't localised to London... Just happened to be listening to the radio earlier, and some lady from Wiltshire was commenting on it too.

Quite rare apparently, summut to do with the position of the sun and the water content in the air. Or something.

It's not just London ALL the time you know. ;)
