Hubby says Torridon/Applecross is one of the best places in the world and why anyone would want to go to Skye instead/even as well as totally escapes him.
It's overcrowded and overrated iho. He's now spitting feathers, cheers!! ;) Apparently it's full of Richards from Romford :D
Oh dear, he doesn't usually get het up!! teehee!!
Have fun anyway.
The pizzas at the Applecross campsite are yummy.

super smashin great
i was up at the assynt estate/inverpolly in june - suilven is now the wallpaper on my phone. but is it wrong to love both skye and assynt? have you thought about that huge sound/light scape thing going at the old man of storr on skye?

I didn't say it was wrong I just quoted what hubby was saying. As far as he's concerned Skye is shite, Assynt kicks it into the gutter and doesn't even have to try(another quote)
Me, I don't really like the west coast much, hubby hillwalks so I asked him for suggestions for stroober, though apart from ranting about how crap Skye was he wasn't much help, eh? :D
yer man's got some strong opinions there gem! (hope him, you and your lad are well). get him on here explaining himself!
