Treasure trove of sparkly crap all for £1, Walthamstow

Thought I'd just mention this to Urbanites who are fans of shiny, spangly things (mainly other girls, I would expect). Halfway down Walthamstow Market, there's some Sikh guys who have opened a huuuuge shop entirely filled with costume jewellery, hair clips, indian bangles, belts and suchlike and everthing's £1. Probably won't last you all that long, but if you want to go mad with sparkliness it's the place to go! :)

There's a good wig shop nearby too, should you be into that kind of thing!

yeah kind of...i briefly had a flatmate who was into them. she had long dark hair and went out to her regular haunt in a sort of "marilyn" platinum blonde wig and her freinds didnt recognise her..freaky.. :p

just trying on one of the wigs and looking back at a different person in the mirror stopped me dead..who knows what will happen if you become someone eles for the night :D was afraid id let the brunette me go too far :p
