I know there are a few threads regarding recording sound, but how can I record video and flash animations on a mac?
or a pc.
I don't see why streambox (pc) couldn't do it...well the video at least, I know it works for video...

A Google Hit (http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=flash+decompilers&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official) ...I've used a flash decompiler in the past but tbh can't remember what it was actually called(was around 3 yrs back and things in my brain have somewhat changed since then!)...they do the job. :),,,,,there are also website capturing progs that will claw down the entire content of a site...but I'z forgotten the proper name of sucha prog let alone a trade name of an individual one. :o ....but the flash decompilers work! :D
,,,,also have a skoot thru the Freeware thread for such thangs tooo.

I don't know anything about ripping flash movies but you can download the flash movie if thats any use to you.... go to view source and look for something with .swf at the end... e.g. /files/flash/movie.swf..... copy that and paste it onto the end of the url that you're at, e.g. http://www.example.com/files/flash/movie.swf press enter and it should appear in your browser so you can save it.
