Nah. Murray's not a choker. He's just not quite as good as the others. Another Nadal-Djokovic final, I think. They're becoming the big two now Federer is fading.
A bit of both I think with Murray. He often makes more unforced errors in bigger games. Most players who make it to that many late round games will win a % just by catching better form. Suspect you are right on the mens final.
Disagree, he's a class act and is well capable of beating any of the others, as he has proved in the past. Most of his losses to them have been through lack of consistency, injury, or luck. The added pressure and expectation of being British can't help either. I don't think this will be his year for a slam, but it's only a matter of time imo.
Murray should make the semis again - and hope that nadal is below par - if he gets to the final, I can see him winning it
Was just lookin at that app myself, but the reviews weren't good... Watson did well with a win yesterday Murray isn't in great shape is he? Out of Queen's in round 1, still carrying that injury... Maybe not his year this one.
The Wimbledon app is usually really good but haven't tried this year's update yet. Great match by Murray, looking good so far. Laura Robson did well too and should have won.
Aye, couldn't watch the match but sounded like she performed pretty well, with a bit of a wobble at one point (though she won 6-1, 6-4, so can't see how it could have been much of a wobble!). Might meet the 3rd seed in the next round though...
Wow, quite frankly. I'll totally be watching that match again on t'interwebs. It wasn't just Nadal being off form though, Rosol had an arm like a traction engine. That was liquid tennis.
