You're barely in London let alone Brixton all the way up there! Real Brixton is where all the action is: the Academy, the tube station, the rail station, Brixton Village, the Dogstar, Albert, Plan B, Canterbury, the police station, the post office, the main shopping drag and, of course, the real beating heart of Brixton, the market. I rest my case.
Oh dear For a quick explanation, have a look at this little thread http://www.urban75.net/vbulletin/threads/88937-which-is-more-quot-brixton-quot-SW2-or-SW9?highlight=Brixton+Bus+Garage and then this one http://www.urban75.net/vbulletin/threads/162108-sw9-sw2-controversy-addendum!?highlight=Brixton+Bus+Garage See you in a few weeks
The lead singer of a well known local band tried to take me to a crack house at 8am after an allnight pub/club crawl on my 24th Bday so I reckon I'm in with a short for the shortlist at least ....and I was SW9 too
I read about this cringe-worthy thread in the local press at the weekend. How tragic to see that it's all coming true...
Brixton, SW2 branch, is much better than this. The SW9'ers, on the other hand, are nothing but rabble rousing trouble makers!
After having read them it seems people are still on my side, we have the town hall, ritzy, windrush square and more in sw2. Infact you keep your horribly busy SW9 and us SW2ers will laugh at you taking 10 minutes just trying to get from kfc to the tube! I live directly over the effra which is the real reason Brixton even exists! And editor, sorry where do you think london ends I mean if we are getting picky we are all on the wrong side of the river for REAL london. sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
dolph, you are so wrong. sarf is REAL londonz. aand i write that as an east londoner by birth and ancestry.
