What's your first breakfast of 2011 going to be or what did you have?

I'm torn betwen poached eggs, mushrooms, bacon and toast or eggy bread, mushrooms and bacon

Bacon, probably.

Coffee, definitely.

Perhaps some painkillers.

On opening my fridge I see I have.......

Toast.

Coffee and fags. Breakfast of champions. Oh no... wait

Go for the poached eggs madz, they are lush

It was wholemeal bread hot from the breadmaker at 07.30, plus M&S Fairtrade Kenyan coffee.

I was gonna have fried eggs, frankfurters, mushrooms and toast. Then I realised I had no bread to hand. So it went to omelette. Then I realised the mushrooms were past it. So I decided on cheese and onion omelette. Sat down to eat it and realised I could have had frankfurters in it too and then reading about the bacon on this thread I've just remembered I have a few rashers of bacon left in the fridge so double

Lol.

Actually, I have had coffee...

I think I will just have toast with marmalade

I don't know what is happening to me, since the hols I can sleep for Britain!

Mushrooms in cheesey sauce on toast. Very nice

I had the end of a box of crunchy nut cornflakes and a piece of eggy bread made with leftover pie-brushing egg. We are going away tomorrow so need to use stuff up

I had a small piece of pork pie at 3am. We are probably going to skip proper breakfast now and go straight on to lunch, which will be a cheese platter, some jamon iberico, homemade bread and assorted pickles/condiments.

Where you off to, trashy?

We're staying at friends in Stokey - took ur dog to Clissold park earlier, had a crashing hangover and didnt really get dressed for it - still had pjs and Christmas bedsocks on! Ended up buying a slice of spinach and feta pie in a caff on Church Street - this ain't Tottenham, Toto
didnt feel that daft wearing my pjs as there were plenty of people still sporting obvious partywear staggring about.

re-heated cottage pie. The mash is smash mixed with butternut squash - yum!

A bacon sandwich and a shortbread biscuits

Brew, spliff, some flat orange pop. Champion.

Nothıng yet, off for kofte and corba ın a mınute though.

The small girl just had a bowl of rice crispies mixed with some chocolate/hazelnut wheel things (can't remember what they're called...but she doesn't like them much but needs to finish them before I'll let her open the cookie crisp so is desperately trying to get rid of the little there is by combining as many as she can stand with rice crispies ).

Me and the boy are just having a boiled egg with soldiers.
