Mmm I well fancy fish and chips now!

I had the rest of the butternut squash and bacon soup. I made the boy posh pasta and pesto with mushrooms, courgette and extra garlic. I cooked a bit more a 1 person portion so I had a few bites too

oh, whats in the pietantic?

I had penne with tomato and basil sauce with some philly and cheddar mixed in and plenty of black pepper.

Pietanic is a fish pie with smoked haddock, salmon and pollock in a creamy white sauce wrapped in great pastry

I had pistachio ice cream. green beans - those flat ones. chocolate covered peanuts.
and cream soda.

I cooked the salmon in honey, garlic, a splash of balsamic vinegar, teriyaki soya sauce, olive oil, and some leftover fajita mix...IT WAS THE GREATEST THING EVER

Sausages, sweet potato mash, peas, broccoli, green beans, fried mushrooms and gravy.

No iceberg lettuce?

Red onion and cheese beef burgers with braised puy lentils.

Spag bol, oh lovely spag bol, where would we be without you (it's a meal we all love and there's always some bolognaise sauce in the freezer for a quick no brainer tea)

I'm doing the sound for an acoustic night at my mates pub tonight. I always get a beer and anything I like from the menu. I'll be having mini cheeseburgers with chunky chips and some chilli and garlic king prawns

Chinese slow cooked beef with stir fried pak choi and rice

had hangover takeaway pizza last night tonight I might try to have something a little healthier not sure exactly what yet... will see if the tea thread delivers inspiration...

Last night was Pork Chops, Apple mash, Roasted Carrots and 'cauliflower cheese puree' which was lush!

Well I'm going to make a chicken and mushroom noodle soup tonight, using quorn chicken, and will add a dab of mushroom ketchup - see how it turns out

Lentils with stuff

If you mean no garlic, next to no spices, less herbs, and next to no exotic ingredients, I could but it'd become boring (or expensive) after a few days.
