I wear a belt to keep mine up. Is that wrong?
When I wear jeans, they're the right size. So, as an accessory.
No, it's what they are for. I wouldn't wear a belt otherwise as the buckles irritate me, but if I don't wear one I spend all my time hitching them up.
I also want to clarify I have a 30 waist. I wasn't sure if the jeans not staying up were a sign of being too hippy. I am 5'7''
Both. A few pairs of jeans are a bit big but I don't buy ugly belts.
It possibly is, because my hips are quite broad and to get jeans to fit means buying ones that are too big on the waist - some of them have inches of room at the back, you could put your hand down them easily if there was no belt.
I wear belts to keep my trousers on. I have never found a pair of jeans, however well-fitting, which don't end up showing my arse crack, without the intervention of a belt.
Usually as an accessory. At moment mostly to keep them up cos I am losing weight and they're s;ipping off my waist a bit without one.
Me neither! I would need a pair of painted on jeans for them to stay up independantly.
Belts, what an invention..
thread is fucking gripping stuff.
In the early 80's we wore these belts that were double long; you put them around your waist, but they looped down from the side around one leg. Then when you were dancing, you could each grab one another's belt, and hoist each others crotch closer to each other. It was an 80's thing.
nice touch Johnny, I might try it.
It would look good on you.
I'm guessing it would too.
get a room youse too!
pretty green eyes do not suit you sir.
To keep em up!
both. might get a new belt today in fact...
To keep them up so I don't have to keep hitching them up.
my blubber tends to keep my jeans up so i dont wear a belt
