True. Have to give Victor credit for that. Very well taken goal. Still think he has a lot to prove tho.
Yep... if Moyes can sort his head out he could be quite a player (that little run of games he had in the UEFA showed that), but its up to him now... lets hope the faith that has been shown in him for the last two games is not misplaced.
Mancini should really stay at City - its not his fault he has inherited a bunch of lazy bastard players, he has behaved with far more class than that twat Hughes did, and anyone who is pissed off enough to have a pop at Moyes surely demonstrates that they at least give a shit? Great result though. Its positively heartwarming to see effort, skill and hard work twice triumph over overpaid buffoonery.
It just gets funnier - apparently one of the richest men in Liverpool was thrown out, by Garry Cook, of a directors box at City: http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/live...hrown-out-of-manchester-city-100252-26115446/
Interesting, though not particularly origianl, piece on Everton / Moyes: http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2010/mar/28/david-moyes-everton-manchester-city
I love the way they describe us as "the best-run club outside the top four", as if not being in idiot amounts of debt / reliant on a billionaire means you are a badly run football club. Most of the EPL is better run than the top four. Combine that with the insistence that Moyes will go to United, even though he will only ever be second best and will have to preside over the rebuilding of that side without the money Lord Ferg had to build it, and you have a thoroughly useless article.
Everton ladies in the FA Cup final against Arsenal this afternoon. Went to see them play against Bristol a couple of weeks ago. Here's a pic of Natasha Dowie (Ian's niece) scoring the 4th of Everton's 5 in a 5-0 victory:
Well played Everton ladies! 3-2 winners against Arsenal in the FA Cup final. Natasha Dowie (above) scored twice. From 2011 the Women's Super league will be shown on ESPN. Should be a bit more publicity and money for the women's game then.

Pienaar's agent tells everyone again how loyal he is to the club: http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/may/24/steven-pienaar-everton-contract
Beckford signing confirmed: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/e/everton/8714418.stm Looks like another good signing by Moyes.
He will have a lot to do to win over the fans, but to pay nothing (ie: not £20 million pounds) for someone who isnt injured (ie: not injured) it is good business.
